Screen Europe will showcase its newest developments for the Truepress Jet L350UV ink-jet label press at Labelexpo on September 29th – October 2nd in Belgium.

The Truepress Jet L350UV produces graphics at 16sq m per minute on widths up to 350mm and up to 600 x 600dpi in resolution. The machine features CMYK inks plus white and incorporates single-pass greyscale piezo printheads with a minimum droplet size of 3pl. At Labelexpo Screen will also launch its vivid color mode that allows the Jet L350UV to expand the colour gamut further.

End-to-end production is optimised with new developments such as near-line finishing and new links from the CERM to the Equios digital front end, which improve on automation and reduce repetitive tasks. The developments enable more than 25 short run jobs per shift, according to the manufacturers.

Screen will also introduce the modular JetConverter L350 finishing engine featuring standard functions, including varnishing, lamination, die-cutting and slitting.
