Recruitment drive from Radecal as it looks to shore up success
Radecal is looking to capitalise on its recent growth with the appointment of four new staff members, including two apprentices.
Alex Forsyth and Anthony Wilson, who both live locally to Radecal's Washington branch, have been taken on as Level Three apprentices, while Paul Bailey has joined the company as a service engineer with a Europe-wide remit to provide technical support for the company's CNC routers and laser machines.
Rebecca Greener, meanwhile, moves across to Radecal having previously worked at a clothing manufacturer in Newcastle. As marketing officer, Greener will be responsible for Radecal's marketing, advertising and communication operations.
"We have had another great growth year and are continuing to look at areas in which we want to offer better service and more effective best practices," comments Chris Economides, managing director. "We have some exciting new machine launches over the next few months and bringing on new blood to help us support and sell this equipment was an important step for us. We have recruited four new staff which we feel will add real value to our business both for us and our customers."
